Cookery Class

Participate in a cookery class and discover the use of lesser-known products in organic cooking.

Apart from traditional products, the ingredients used in organic cooking tend to be lesser-known products. Indeed, organic agriculture prides itself on bringing back certain vegetables, such as Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips and chards. By attending the organic cooking courses organised by Cooking Time, you will discover how to cook and prepare these rarely-used and almost forgotten vegetables. These vegetables were appreciated and frequently used in olden times. Their flavours make them particularly interesting as cooking ingredients. Our chefs and cooks will teach you how to use these products, which you will rediscover during organic a cookery class.
