We are situated in a fully refurbished building of a commercial company from the 17th century with a façade dating back to the 19th century. Inside, the inspiration belongs to the ‘northern modernist’ style.

We are located in the historical part of Brussels, nearby the Koninklijke Vlaamse Schouwburg (royal Flemish theatre, also known under the acronym ‘KVS’) and the Fish market.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on weekends only on special request, for special and personalized events (team building, meetings, birthdays, …)

Maximal capacity : 24 persons.

• The laboratory  : in the culinary space, 2 kitchen islands with ceramic hobs and working tables in stainless steel, multifonction ovens with steam cooking functions are at your disposal.
• The guest table space : You will be accommodated around two big teak tables to taste and enjoy the dishes prepared during the course. The modularity of this space allows us to welcome all private and professional events based on cooking (max cap : 20 persons) and conferences (max cap. 75 persons).
