L’Heure de Table :

  • Cook (30’ cooking course) and eat one dish at our guest table : 17 €
  • ‘all included’ at 23 € : same as below + a glass of fine wine + a dessert – coffee offered
No more expensive than going to a restaurant but as good, quiter environment and eventually often faster ...

La dînée : in the late afternoon, on getting out of the office or before returning home, cook with us two dishes in 45’. You can prepare either :

  • Starter and main dish
  • Main dish and dessert

After cooking the meal, we will wrap it for you. You just have to finish the baking or warm it up at home.
You can prepare up to 4 portions :

  • 1 portion : 28 €
  • 2 portions : 40 €
  • 3 portions : 51 €
  • 4 portions : 62 €
Much more pleasant and convenient than going to the supermarket at 6 p.m to buy something for dinner without any idea for the menu !

La Une : a 60’ cooking course to make two recipes (starter and main dish, or main dish and dessert)

Le 90’ et La Deux : 90’ or 120’ cooking course to make 3 recipes (usually starter, main dish and dessert).

The different formats of the courses allow you to explore various recipes with more or less technical input.

L’Atelier de la Vitalité Gourmande : An introduction and initiation to the principles and techniques of the living food. 3 hours courses by Françoise de Keuleneer, co-author with Pol Grégoire of the book ‘Vitalité Gourmande’ and author of ‘Couleur Santé’. A summary will be given to each participant. For each session, the course will consist of both an explanation of the main concepts and a practical demonstration. 3 dishes per course.
