Themes

The selected recipes cover a wide range of culinary themes :
  • Grandmother’s cooking such as “blanquette de veau” or chocolate cream
  • Slow food and healthy cooking
  • More modern and lighter cuisine such as fusion food or “nouvelle cuisine”
  • Fine Belgian, French and European cuisine
  • Regional cooking
  • Indian, japanese, chinese and other cuisines from the far east
  • Mediterranean cuisine
‘Special events’ focusing on a specific ingredient (duck, potato, salmon,..). On those occasions, all the courses will present various recipes and techniques to prepare the produce of the day.

The ‘dédicaces gourmandes’ sessions will be organised to present new  and high quality cookbooks. It will allow us to make recipes from the book with the author him/herself. The participants will be given the opportunity to buy a specifically dedicated book.
